I get hired to keep clients happily spending, grow sales pipelines, close deals, and everything else in between.
My latest corporate business development stunt was a 13-year service for the world’s largest office real estate advisory service. A trailblazing, globally expanding commercial property brokering organisation dedicated to finding the ideal workspace for its clients.
In the initial days, back in 2007, whilst I was hooning in on my warm leads, I broke many records that executives requested all my call and email scripts be integrated into the custom CRM (Customer Management System). This was my first email sequence used globally, and it possibly still is used to date.
Apart from managing new and existing client portfolios,
I oversaw the performance of dozens of brokers, assisted with lead flow management, provided performance feedback, and designed and conducted training sessions across the UK, APAC, EMEA and USA, ensuring teams understood and followed methods that led me to succeed within this organisation.
